Return, Refund, & Cancellation Policy

 

We do understand that, in spite of the best care taken and sometimes for reasons beyond our control, on rare occasions, a product may reach you in a damaged or spoiled condition.

In such cases we will send you a replacement product (Once we get the damaged product)

Please contact our customer support within 24 hours; we may request you to provide us with a photograph of the damaged or spoiled product so that we can take it up with the seller. You will appreciate that, being food products, returns are not possible and order cancellations are possible only before a product is made ready to ship.

We will make reimbursements for returns without undue delay, and not later than:

  • 30 days after the day we received back from you any goods supplied; or
  • (if earlier) 30 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods; or
  • if there were no goods supplied, 30 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
